Commercial cleaning is more than just bleach in a bucket. There are safety protocols and standards to be met in order to ensure all jobs are done properly and thoroughly for the safety of anyone entering the site. All of our cleaning attendants are fully trained to the highest of standards and overseen by an OSHA Compliant Team Leader to ensure safety and security. This offers both the client and the cleaning attendants reassurance and peace of mind. We are also bonded and insured.

Every client has specific needs, requests and requirements. Because of this we take the time to schedule an initial walk-through appointment with every client to analyze their needs and create a bid specific for them. We are not a fly-by-night company that only cares about  your money. We at Contractor's Choice give personal care to every job and all of our Cleaning Attendants are fully trained in 4C Quality Control practices and procedures to ensure that every job is executed at the highest level of service.
